Yes she is. She was elected "Top Model of the world", she is a talented actress, has a sweet voice & she is very beautiful (seen her up close)

"popular" is a relative word. She is'nt as famous as Nancy Ajram , Elissa  probably because she didnt get alot of critisizim as the others mainly coz she dresses modestly while preforming and she has'nt gone through plastic surgery she's a natural beauty but she's still pretty famous.

Cyrine is a case that proves that criticism  can be in favour of an artisit's fame or even a main road to fame.
