They are everywhere, but personally, I wouldn't buy anything really nice from them.  They just seem like a cheap chain jewelry shop to me.  There are many other nicer places to shop.

Damas is by far the biggest and best known jeweller in the UAE having their headquarter in the Gold Souq where you will find many other talented jewellers, might want to look at the gold and diamond park for a more mall like experience as well.
