Is Decatur, GA a good area to relocate near Clark Atlanta University, or could some recommend a nice area?

guess I should have been more clear with my first question, moving from ohio would like to find a nice diverse family community, and also be near my daughter who will be attending Clark next fall. thank you so much for your input.

Depends on what part of decatur the closer you are downtown the more expensive it will be. Also decatur is so big. if moving near downtown be careful a lot of robberies down near memorial drive area. I would move to lithonia area it's up and coming and not to far from downtown. also try cobb county austell area may be a little better than decatur good luck.
