  4. No it is a major life experience. We just make it seem that way in the United State.  But if you don't vote you can't complain about the government that is elected.

  6. A Democracy (or a Republic, if you speak of the United States) requires participation, not spectators. Only those who express their opinion be getting involved, learning the issues, and voting matter.

    Remember, a government is run by those who show up!

  8. After elections according to some yes. Also The Army has been defined as Democracy . Democracy On The March. Something Dom or which Dominates people if viewed as acronym. Could also put in Doom. Marching to their Doom. Leading everyone to their DOOM. Wars happen without support of Electorate no matter what they say or do. NAFTA,FREE TRADE,SAFFTA, all without consent last one signed with imaginary people a fictitious agreement  without genuine people signing it.
