How long will we have to wait for the champions of democracy to establish clear and transparent democaratic processes in their own Nation? Is it the time? Can Obama & Biden cut it?

Nope I image it will involve the same games that have been played over and over again.  You don't change the players you change the game.  The system is broken.

A pure democracy is impossible to implement. Any attempt will result in mob rule followed by a dictatorship. Our current imperfect republic is the best we can hope for.

in the past, the rich white men were gready. they pretended to be fair so they could have everything.  with a non-white man in the white house, chances are that he will be fair and get rid of the greed and pay offs.

No. The USA has been a limited democracy for decades, and unless stupid laws like the Patriot Act etc. are stricken from the law books, it always will be.

All I can say is best of luck, from the tone of your question I think you overlooking the fact that there are plans for the whole world not just the usa, obama is very much a part of that and all i can say is i hope it isn't too bad for you where you live.
