I'M a Yankees fan and it pains me to say this yes. If he would not on any other team he would be over rated. The bronx bombers protect him in that all star line up.

I'm a baseball fan and a Yankee hater and I rarely see the level of focus and team-first attitude I see in Jeter in other players. It doesn't matter what kind of game he has, he does his best every game to help his team win. A-rod is overpaid. Derek Jeter deserves every penny they pay him. He is a great ballplayer and seems to be a good man.
