Is Detail & GQ a magazine for free-minded or "g*y" people?

I have a subscription to GQ & Detail, and when my friend was reading one of the magazines, he told me that it was for "g*y" or homosexual men. I do not have a problem with g*y men, and I do not express hate to them, I am not g*y but I am not narrow-minded. I only read the magazines cause they got some nice looking women, great articles, and good ideas on how to entertain women. Theres nothing g*y or" homo" about that is there?

  1. I think the only reason some people consider men's magazines like GQ or Details g*y is because of the style factor.  A lot of other typical men's magazines, such as Sports Illustrated, solely focus on sports and sports only, and for that reason, magazines that focus on things other than sports are deemed as "g*y."  However, based on the articles and issues displayed in GQ and Details, it really isn't biased toward the homosexual community.  Obviously there are some g*y people who are interested in fashion reading those types of magazines, but I generally think GQ and Details especially, are magazines for more mature men that are interested in developing intellect and a sense of class.
