  1. Diet soda contains artificial sweeteners like aspartame and splenda (which is also known as sucralose). These are chemicals and should be avoided. They are not natural and are known as neurotoxins. Google it if you don't know that that is.

    Regular soda contains a lot of sugar and caffeine which (even though caffeine is common in many things) is not good for you. Caffeine is a stimulant and is considered a drug.

    Neither of them are healthy options. You should stick to water or a pure juice like orange juice.

    In my personal opinion between the two, I'd go with regular soda because even though there's lots of sugar in a regular soda I know the sugar won't kill me as bad as the chemicals they put into diet sodas.

    Sugar gets a bad rep anyways. It's bad if you have lots of sugar but a little bit every now and then won't kill you!

  3. to make products 'diet' they have to take out a lot of the fattening stuff that makes it taste nice, to put that taste back in they have to add weird chemicals that are bad for you

  5. Of course. My Dr. suggest I drink it b/c it is less in sugar. Sugar can cause unhealthy issues for ones self.

  6. its supposed to be. the diet soda has less trans fat but some thing that i dont know what it is that make u too hyper and active

  7. diet soda is actually worse for your body cause it contains aspartame and that causes cancer

  8. my docotor said that diest soda is worse for you because not only does aspartame make you gain weight it also makes you bloated. theres also alot of other weird chemicals in diet drinks. but i dont care b/c diet coke is my fave :)
