  1. We are questioning their integrity the same way you are.   We purchased a Wii from them on 11/30.  They immediately billed my credit card and still have not shipped the unit as of 12/13, even though their web site says they will ship within 5 days of payment processing.

    I am ready to cancel the order, since we got through one time via phone, and they promised to ship on 12/12.  Still not shipped.  We are suspecting they are not legit.  After today, we are stopping the CC payment and filing with the BBB.

No they are not!  I placed an order for a Wii, only to have my credit card billed with no delivery.  I have luckily been able to alert my credit card company, and they are going after him.  I am in the process of filling a complaint with the FBI fraud department and the Online Consumer Watch group.
