Is Dish Network using a Pansat working for any body???

I have a Pansat 3500s and have been trying the latest keys for around 3 weeks. All I get is "scrambled channel" on everything. Except The Nasa channel, it comes through. Is there a blackout??

I think what is happenong id you are looking at the satelllites after they bounce of another one. Luckily you are somehow catching the nasa channel off the origonal sat. before it goes to the pay ones and gets scrambled. I dont know how else to xplain it and I hope you could follow how I said it,

I do not believe the Pansat can get the current software downloads from Dish and this is the problem. Does the Pansat even hook up to a phone line?
