No. Disneyland consists of one park plus CA Adventures and covers just about 160 acres. Disney World, however, is 4 different parks covering just under 30,000 acres, ( I think it's like 27,400 though). The parks include: Magic Kingdom, Disney's MGM or Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and EPCOT (Experimental Prototype Center Of Tomorrow).

I dont think so, but Disneyland is the original and I prefer it to D-world. It brings back memories for you, your kids, your grandkids...dont ever miss it.

No, Disneyworld is the largest amusment park in the U.S.A and maybe in the world. Disney land is 130 acers while disneyworld is over 150 acers

Disneyland is much smaller. It is the original park so it has lots of charm. The Disneyland Resort consists of Disneyland, the California Adventure, and Downtown Disney. There are also 3 hotels on property: the Disneyland Hotel, Paradise Pier, and the Grand Californian.

Disney World consists of 4 main parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. There are 2 water parks: Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. There are 2 mini golf courses, a professional golf course, around 20 hotels (value to deluxe accommodations)... and more!

I have never been them but my friend has and she likes Disney World more because there is much more to do.Disneyland is nice still!

I have been to both and like Disney World more because there is much more to do and it doesn't feel as crowded. Disneyland is nice since it still has some of the opening day originals.

other way around. to give you an idea how much larger disney world is... in epcot, there is a lake (don't know what elese to call it) in the center. you can fit Disney's California Adventure in there.
