  1. Do not go on the Matterhorn, the thing was built in the 50's and is still suited to people who were of a smaller build back then. Finding Nemo may be a little tight for you, again, they've basically recycled the subs from the 50's and it's a tight squeeze. The Autopia cars will allow a big framed person to fit, but if you have problems getting yourself up, it may be a bit difficult. Roger Rabbit Car Toon Spin and Gadget's Go Coaster in Toon Town are a tigh squeeze as well, but those I think are geared to kids. Slash Mountain might be a little cramped as well, and  finally, the Winnie the Pooh Ride is camped for me (I'm 5'10", 190 lbs), so avoid that one.

Who knows, from your description, you don't sound that big; I've seen some really large people on those rides, so give them a look over first before avoiding them out of hand.

  2. You will be fine! Disneyland seating is pretty much "Americanized" so you may want to stay away from some of the older kiddie rides, but eveything else is roomy.

I want to add if this uis your first trip to Disneyland, be sure and stop in the Public Relations office, to your left upon entering Main Street USA. For first time guests, they give you a nice packet of specials, with food discounts and such. Thought you might enjoy!

  3. Well, definitely stay off the roller coasters and stick to the shows and things, such as "A Bug's Life" and "Honey! I shrunk myself!", or something like that and MGM's Car Show.

You might also be able to ride Tower of Terror, do some things in Epcot, and Magic Kingdom.

There's also a movie "ride" you can do at MGM, since it doesn't require buckling up or anything... you just sit in a car type thing and go around the studio.

  4. you shouldnt have a problem. My grandpa, who is 300+ pounds and 6'4 was fine on just about everything. Dont even worry about it.

  5. I went to Disney with my kids and I got on splash mountain, It  was a little rough because I did weigh down the boat but I made it through. I also got on the Haunted House Pirates of the Caribbean the pooh ride also small world and then my wife got sick so we went home. I weigh 430 so that should be answer enough

  6. umm yeah they have to be i guess but the rides seat belts are pretty big so i think you should be fine=)

  7. Extremely. Their seats are generally wide enough, and they actually have certain rows in many rides with wider seats, just in case. I wouldn't fret. My father is a big man, and he fits in fine, even in the normal seats.

  8. You should definitely be able to ride most rides with no problem.  As long as you can get in and out of the rides by yourself you'll be fine.

  9. I have a friend who is quite large and she has no problems riding all the rides that we go on. I'd avoid little kid rides like Roger Rabbit or Gadget's Go Coaster but those are small rides even for adults who aren't overweight. She has no problems with CA Screamin or Space Mountain. We really have yet to encounter a ride she can't get on. And her ex-boyfriend was even larger than her and again he was able to go on everything too.
