im not sure if he is right now, but he has been in the past, and more than once. he does a lot of dumb stuff, even on the show you can see it. he touches young girls a lot, stuff like that.

"Serious" probation was probably just the writer's description, not an indication of some sort of special probation.

I Wikipedied that guy Bam Margera since I had never heard of him.  He sounds like a real douche.
