Is Donut King fattening or Krispy Kreme?

Which one is more fattier do you think, I mean the donuts at Kripsy Kreme are like loaded with all the bad fats and what not, but Donut King is just as worse what do you think?

My favorite is Dunkin Donuts Boston kreme and it's 290 caloriesand like 12 grams of fat.. I have one once a month as a treat.

any donut shop is going to have the "fatty ones" but really aren't they all fatty?  So i guess that is why i usually go only 1 time a month and get a dozen at a time. No more. We are a family of 4 and we stay active. So we just watch our intake of healthy and non- healthy foods.

it's dough deep fried and goes through a sugar bath...I would say it's all bad but oh so delicious!
