can E-ZPass be used on different cars owned by the same household?

can it be sold to other people?

You don't need to transfer the tag between the vehicles in a household, as you can apply for up to four separate tags on any one account (or unlimited tags on a business account).

I don't think it's transferable to other people, as it's effectively an account, not just a physical object.
