  1. It is actually broader based than that.

    However, the government no longer recognise either as full level two qualifications. You would be better doing an ITQ level two.


  2. I agree with Avondrow re ECDL being much broader than RSA II.  However, if you do the ECDL Extra, this is equivalent to the old BCS level 2 certificate.  It seems as if it has recently been overhauled.  See:
