Is EFREN "Bata" REYES the greatest Pool Player of All time? why?

Efren is the greatest of them all. He is not called the Magician for nothing. He can hit shots that nobody else in the world can hit. In fact, Reyes has been known to try and make shots that other players were not even able to imagine, let alone complete. In my book, Reyes will always be the greatest of them all.

I would say no.  He is a very good player however you must go back in time to find the greatest player ever.  Also you must decide which area of pool you are asking about.  The greatest all around player of the many popular games still played today, and winner of the first several underground Hustler's championships held in a small town in Illinois is Wimpy Lassiter.  However the greatest pool player that would not compete in those types of contests and would not ever "hustle" is Willi Mosconi.  I would say the truest surest, and most reliable shot would be Willie Mosconi.  He was the best pool player, but if there was money on the line, give me Wimpy any day.  He was by far the greatest money player ever.
