  1. Quran and Hadiths teaches us to begin fasting when new moon is visible with naked eyes, and end ramadan when you sight new moon with naked eyes. Despite this people are incline to use astronomical calculations, or simply follow Saudi Arabia. It should be according to your location, and whether or not Islamic center near you have sighted new moon. Here in North America new moon has been sighted on September 1, so we began fasting September 2. I think I will confirm the new moon sighting before celebrating Eid ul Adha

  2. Probability the day of Eid being on the 1st October.

Sighting of the moon, completes the 30 days of Ramadhan Fasting.

  3. it's on october 1st but it also depends on the sighting of the moon but i'm definately sure it's on the 1st
