I think you all are missing something....Kimbo was being beat for most of the fight, but when you get your EAR BUSTED OPEN and a guy continues to pound on it....YOU HAVE TO STOP THE FIGHT.  CBS could care less who won they wanted (1) Ratings, over AND above all   (2) A person they could make into a household name to get future viewers for their crappy elitexc.  ( Had thompson beat Kimbo, he'd easily be their "star" and they would've loved to cash in on " THE GUY WHO BEAT KIMBO"      

THINK ABOUT IT.  ( BUT I DO AGREE- IT SUCKS THAT THE 2 BEST FIGHTS WERE STOPPED)

I thought they put it together well, got alot of fans in the stands, the annoucers were good, Lennon is one of my favroites since the Tyson days. But the stoppages of the last 2 fights was pathetic. and, I'm just gonna go out on a limb and say that they wanted Slice to win no matter what and Thompson certainly can't out box or brawl slice but he's definatly the better over all fighter and should have won it, or at least be allowed to continue. It was good entertainment for the most part and leaves me to think that Slice will get beat soon by someone with half way decent ground game that can simply avoid is telegraphed punches which should be easy

Yes.  It was truly truly TRULY HORRIBLE.  Thank god it was for free.  Now, I'm ready for tomorrow night's WEC fight.  I bet it'll be at least 10X better than what I saw tonight.  What a disappointment.

Elite XC is an embarrassment for MMA glam, The Fans of XC Elite boo all the time because no respect for the fighters or MMA. I paid for UFC fights and the money was worth it.  I Just watch the kimbo fight On Elite XC on CBS for free, and i still feel i wasted of my life for 1 hour

They seem like a bunch of amatuers.  I used to actually have some respect for Kimbo as far as his fighting, but he just has heavy hands.  He is not conditioned, as was evident when he was gassing in the FIRST ROUND.  He was lucky they didnt' stop it at the end of the second when he wasn't covering up, and he was lucky again when they stopped the fight, because he was not going to win in a decision, not one that would have been fair anyway.
