Is Emirates one of the airlines that hands out I-94W forms for the United States?

I'm going to the US via Dubai later this year and would like to enter under the Visa Waiver Program. Everything seems fine, except I can't find information anywhere on whether Emirates will hand out the I-94W form onboard or not. I know the normal I-94 form should be handed out, but that obviously isn't too useful to me! I've tried to contact Emirates directly, but none of the responses I've received so far have been what I've been looking for...Thanks in advance for any help!
