  1. try meditation or yoga.

  2. I tried it a few years ago, I think it was a day course, it didn't work for me but I receive a regular newsletter from a successful practitioner of E.F.T and it seems to have a very positive effect for some people, I suppose it's like everything else, works for some and not for others, give it a try, it might work for you!

  3. Yes it does.  The main issue with EFT is to uncover the real emotional issue(s) that are driving the anxiety and depression.  This may mean doing EFT for 10 to 20 rounds before the core issue is finally uncovered.  Tapping on just "my anxiety" etc. will provide some relaxation but it is too big of an issue to be completely relieved in only a few rounds (usually).  However, "all tapping you do is good for you".   You can start with a Big issue, but be very aware of the other thoughts and feelings that come up during your tapping and write them down.  These are other issues that are connected to the underlying problems and they must be dealt with (by using EFT) as well.  The following website is very helpful;   www.123eft.com
