I belive Wales also has, although I've never been there.

    .

  3. TOM, you strike me like a pedestrian. You've never driven before, because if you had you could have driven to Scotland, beautiful country, nice people. We here recognise England as PART of the United Kingdom. You sound like you're from Southern England.

Now back to your idiotic question.  In Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales ( lovely country too) WE all have traffic lights with Red AMBER, Green. Before you ask the next idiotic question like:- DO you they mean the same thing, here in ENGLAND red means STOP? The answer is ;;;;;;YES.

Get out and about and you will find the answer too most of your questions. Oh by the way, yes we do have electricity/cars/roads/and speak english with a scottish accent!!!!

  4. Have you been 'everywhere' to know that your statement is true? and where /what places are 'everywhere'?

It goes Red - Amber (aka yellow) - Green in Jamaica - so I'm guessing most other Caribbean countries have the same concept too - and there are many islands in the Caribbean.

  5. The USA has red yellow green traffic lights.

  6. no

  7. In Greece it doesn't matter what colour shows you drive through at 60 mph or if your on a motor bike or scooter it normally on 1 wheel... just come back from Kos.

  8. And they go red - red & amber - green - amber -red, we don't have yellow.

  9. Every country I've been in use the same international system.

  10. In Scotland (which is part of the UK) we have red, amber and green.

  11. we have the same in AUS.
