  1. My first ever guitar was the Epiphone Les Paul and I still have it after a lot of years of playing it. It is a great first guitar and is easy to learn on. The others on your list the only one I like is the Custom Plus. The custom Plus is a  more money but is gives the best quality out of all of them. The les paul though has almost the same quality and you could probably get one for around $300 or $400 even though it might say $700. Also different people like different guitars so I would go to your local guitar store and try them out to see which one fits you best.

  2. I always liked the les paul studio. You might want to look at a fender squier stratocaster as a beginner also. Its a lot easier on the hands when you aren't used to playing so much.

  3. Get the Les Paul Custom. It's more expensive but it's the best out of the 4. Based on my experience, an expensive Epiphone is equivalent to a lower-end Gibson.

If you don't want to spend that much money, then the Les Paul 100 would probably be the next best.
