Is Epping Melbourne a sought after area? ?

I used to live near Epping. It hasnt got too bad shppping, Epping Plaza, the TAFE near there, schools,etc. It's nearly an hour by train to the city (you have the added bonus of getting a seat as its the first stop on the Epping Line)

Hello. I have been there but only on holidays. It is a nice suburb. I thought it was a really safe place. That is what i think anyway. Take care...

Not overly. It's not a bad area or anything, but it is just too far out of the city. Housing prices are quite cheap there.

No, too far out from the city, edge of the train line. Too far out so cheap house prices. Stick to anywhere in the east. Good luck
