  1. Yes.

"16. I am a citizen of another country. May I apply?

No. All FBI employees must be United States citizens. If you are a U.S. citizen and hold dual citizenship with another country, the FBI Security Division will have to review your file to make a determination if you are eligible for employment with the FBI."

So, you can become a US citizen, and then apply for a job.  Might need to improve your grammar, though.

  2. You must be a citizen of the United States or Northern Mariana Islands to be considered by the FBI.

  3. Yes.

  4. Obviously the answer is yes. From the name itself alone, FBI-Federal Bureau of Investigation, so what comes to your mind when you see Federal? US treasury right, they are called Federal reserves, and other buildings are also Federal therefore it only pertains to US and only US personnel only or nationals. I don't think, British citizens or Brazilian citizens are included.
