Is FITRUM really effective?

Can someone tell me if that diet pill is effective. [ I posted this under the Philippines ] cause this pill is not out in the US.

Fitrum? it's basically the same content as Del Monte Fit'n'Right (the diet juice). no amount of diet drugs will replace eating less carbs/sugar/salt, getting a cardio workout, lifting weights, and drinking 8 glasses of water a day.

NO. You wanna lose weight, Do it the natural way... DIET and EXERCISE. Don't waste your money on those pills.

None of those things work.  Its just another "marketing" ploy to get your money.  Since they know fat people are desperate to lose weight, it makes an easy sell.
