Like 110 degrees in Arizona is still not as hot as 95 degrees in Fla. because of the humidity? Sometimes you can't breathe here !

  1. I used to visit florida and live in Az people usually say Az is not as hot because we dont get humidity well AZ sometimes has humidity and it gets 115 on average during the summer so i say by a little bit Az is hotter.

  2. fuckyeah, i live here and its a ***** to see rain and think it is goinb to cool down, but then the sun heats up the water and BAM!!! Saunna conditions for miles

  3. Humidity has nothing to do with temperature directly.  It adds to the feel of it.  Though they can relate to each other...hence relative humidity.

Overall levels of humidity are most times determined by the climate, so you're comparing apples and oranges.  Generally Arizona is desert and Florida is tropical so how different do you think it'll feel in either place?

  4. People that say "it's not the heat, it's the humidity" have never spent any time in the Mojave. Google Baker, CA.

  5. If you think about it, it feels about the same. It's rare for any part of Florida to get that hot. I've only seen it get up to 95 only a few times there. It's usually steady in the upper 80's to low 90's during the summer. If you think about it, it would feel about the same as In mid-July it's usually about 89 in Orlando,FL and the humidity is about 63% which is average, the heat index or "real feel" would be 99. In Las Vegas,NV around the same time it's usually 105 with 10% humidity, it feels like 99. So Florida actually feels the same as Nevada and Arizona.
