I live about 30 minutes from Downtown Pensacola in Pace, what time will it hit me?

It's currently drizzling and there's light wind, but it's still sunny.

Fay was never a hurricane.  After all her moving she never got the energy needed.  A certain responders science teacher may need to go back to shool or get out of teaching.
