feb is usually known to be windy, not rainy.

rainy months in the phils are june & july, but these past couple of  years the seasons have seemed to be a bit irregular

no it must not be rainy in this month here in the Philippines. climatologists believe rains occur in this month because of climate change. it is also predicted that the Philippines will have a "rainy summer". no question, climate change is happening.
