Is Fiber One vegan?

can't find ingredients anywhere. if not, any other low cal & high fiber cereal? thanks!

Original Fiber One and Caramel Delight Fiber One is vegan but the Honey Cluster and Raisin Bran Clusters are not vegan because of the honey and glycerin.  

BUT, Fiber One products are full of sugar or aspartame and artificial preservatives.  To get a full fiber punch in your breakfast try oatmeal, muesli, or granola.  These not only give you lots of fiber but also have protein, iron, calcium, and essential vitamins and minerals without all the chemicals; and are often cheaper if you buy them in bulk.  Serve with soy, rice, almond, or hemp milk.
