Is Fletcher Christian a loved or hated person?

he mutineed against a British ship firstly why? and secondly is he loved or hated for it?...im asking this because i cant get my head round why he is so famous

Fletcher Christain is a loveble person only, the question of mutiny and saying its right or wrong is man made law, it has no binding on the individual freedom and rights.

What he did then and the circumstances if you read the novel mutiny on the bounty , you will understand , that any kind person even you or me would have done it.

I dont know how this question came, as all the answers are there in the novel

Well, he's fairly popular among his descendants!  Get your ham radio license and join your nearby ham radio club and get permission to operate the club station and you might get to talk to some of them!
