Is Flue gas desulfurization cheap compared to other power plants?

im just wondering if all power plants would convert to it..is it worht it for using flue gas desulfurization?

  1. Almost all coal fired boilers already have scrubbers to remove sulfur oxides from the flue gases.


  2. it isnt right now, but eventually it wil have 2 b made a necessity
