Is GMT+9:30 am or pm? Need answer quickly!?

I'm afraid that it is 9-30 A.M. ! So you had better get your A**e into Gear ! Sorry ! I live in south east London not too far from Greenwich & my hometown in East (now West) Sussex is on the 0 Degree Meridian ! I should know what I am typing out for you !

I believe it's AM since 0000 is midnight, so +9:30 would be nine in the morning.. 2100 would be nine in the evening.
