Is GTA 4 really worth it for the xbox 360???

hi i was wondering if GTA 4 is really worth it because i asked my friends iff they thought it was good but they say its boaring please help me I need to know what to do.

whatever most of these other fools are syaing isnt true first off the game is not boring cause if you dont like single player just go online and play oon lineits so much better...second as for the storyline its easy whoever said its hard doesnt have any skill....third its better than saints row cause the storyline is intriguing and uget helicopters with machine guns on it trust me gta iv is worth it

Ill go ahead and say this, its extremely hard, ive rented it, it has unrelenting difficuty, the police are always on you, u cant jack a car, the police will come after you, i like saints row also, but i think its just to easy. Im waiting for saints row 2 that will be awesome.

Noooo GTA 4 is great! Did u know that the game is in the guinness world book of records for its graphics!! But i still would agree with your 1st answer...Saints row is also worth getting, you wont regret getting this game. But still GTA 4 is a must, play it in the shop for a bit before you get it if you have doubts.

The single player game play was the biggest disappointment in GTA history. I have played all that have ever come out and this ones story line sucks. All you do is drive people around and chase people down and there are nothing but repetitive gun battles. But the online gaming is totally worth it. If you love the freedom of GTA but with a bunch of players then it will be worth it. There are about 10 diff. game types all unique and fun. There are also games players have come up with that are pretty fun. So if you dont mind playing online only its well worth it. If not just play your friends online and see what you think

Well I've finished the game lately...but to tell you the truth it ain't the story that i enjoyed i kind of just wanted to get over with it. It doesn't really get boring cos the cop chases and stuff are always different so if you're into games like mafia, saints row and gta of course....I'd get it now or at least rent it first.

if your a gta fan then yes i had it since its release date qaued for it completed it love still play it now if your not a fan of it then whats he point just coz m8s dont lie it dont mean you wont think its worth it if u dont want to buy it coz ya not sure rent a copy from libarary or blockbusters  first

It depends on if you are going to be dedicated to completing it.

If you just want to mess around online, even though it's great, Saints row would probably be the better option.

But, for the gameplay experience, storyline etc, it's worth the money.

Some find it hard, but it gets easier as you go along. There woul be aspects that your good at, for example: Driving (even with its cruddy camera angles) then the driving experience gets better as you progress. Same goes for just messing around... the more you try, the more you get.
