  1. No, I  believe that it will be the $4 trillion that he added to the national debt, that will be around for people to point at for decades.

  2. His legacy will be that he was the worst President this country ever had.

  3. Stand up comics will  mourn the loss of free material Bush gave every week!

I think the memory of these things will live for a long time, but 100 years from now, they will be largely forgotten.

But some of the "Bushisms" are actually him poking fun at himself.  I suspect the "I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully" quote is one of these.  Sadly, the others are real.

I think the future of Iraq & Al Quida will largely change how we view Bush 100 years from now.

If Al Quida is largely gone & Iraq becomes good & strong democracies, the negative things (and there are many) from Bush's presidency might become just little side notes in the history book.

Kind of a "victors write the history books" kind of thing.

  4. No, those misspoken words will not be his biggest legacy, but thanks for putting them all in one place for us to read. It made me laugh.

  5. Mr.Malaprop will be remembered for his Bushims, but for his "leadership" after 9/11 by his fans.
