Is Germany considered a tolerant country?

  1. On average, Yes, it is considered a tolerant country.

    There are some rather small extreme groups

    These are mostly against the people who came into Germany to work, in the times when there was much work, and few people unemployed. But now the unemployment numbers are up and some frictions does exist.

    As a tourist, or even a westerner who come in to work, it is very unlikely that you will be targeted, but if you are from one of the poor countries and go to live in a part of a town where there are many more of your country you do run a risk.

    People with disabilities are taken care of very well and as far as I know have no problems with people being intolerant.

    It does, of course, also depend on who it is and how s/he behaves.
