There's been speculation that Zola could be axed, and some pundits have accused the Italian of being too "nice" to get West Ham out of trouble, but Sullivan pointed to his history at Birmingham, saying "In 17 years we sacked two managers at Birmingham. We're not sackers." Of course, that could change, but Sullivan seems to be sincerely backing his manager right now.
