  1. Since corporations are made up of people (employees and owners), I would say the former.

  2. Corporations. The corporations are able to get their labor forces in other countries, which takes away the jobs. So, for Americans it is bad for the average people. My job moved to Hungary(the country) in October 2001. The Hungarians were paid the equivalent of $8.00 US. I went from making 54k a year to nothing. In 2007 I didn't make enough to be considered lower class. I now make 7.50 an hour. I am a college graduate. 15 years chemical manufacturing experience.

Anyone who thinks else wise, must work for a corporation.

  3. 2eighty, I think that response was not entirely based on fact. Globalization certainly is good for corporations, but people too. Monopolies are less likely to form when the market expands to fit more competitors.

Globalization is good for people because it brings economic opportunity, wealth, and new culture to the region. The only problem is that sometimes cultures feel threatened by Globalization, and sometimes bad things (like alcoholism and disease) travel along with globalization.

    I hope that helped.

  4. Corporations. The people will suffer because these corporations will have a monopoly. You can have as many corporations you want, but in the end, human corruption and greed will drive these people to work together to drive up prices. Whether it's true or not, take a look at the price of gas. I think it's a pretty good model for my example. Small businesses is what drives local economies and that, in turn, will help other economies outside of that.
