Paintballing does hurt. And it can leave welts. But you'll be okay :)

i wouldnt say that they are dangerous... just wear the correct equipment for them or else they can be dangerous

Go Karting can be under certain circumstances, for example, if you crash, or if someone else crashes or if the track is not marshalled properly! Apart from that I don't think Go Karting is very dangerous at all!

Paintball...Well as long as you have a mask on then there is nothing that can really go wrong at all! Some people say it hurts when you get hit by the paintball...so therefor, don't get shot. However, it doesn't really hurt that much...and bruises arn't really that dangerouse! Are they?

with the proper safety equipment, following the rules and using common sense, they are both safe. however, if you don't follow the rules, don't use safety equipment, etc. then they could be dangerous.
