As I am sure you all know. New Orleans not to long after hurricane Katrina went right back to their hedonistic ways. Mardi Gras went back into full swing with all it's drunkenness sexual perversion and immorality of all kinds . Is God having to spank them again to try and turn them from their wicked ways ? Thanks for your replies.

  1. I love Nawlins and her non-judgmental attitudes toward life!  You are  confusing weather and geography; two natural conditions with your personal opinion perhaps?

  2. Are you insane? Natural disasters are nothing to do with your God.

  3. Hurricanes are a natural weather pattern in that area. Hurricanes would come regardless.

  4. I'm a Christian. There are perfectly logical scientific reasons for coastal areas experiencing hurricanes. It's not a matter of the "wrath of God" or anything of the sort. It can be explained by science.

  5. I refer you to Matthew 5:45,  "YOUR Father who is in the heavens, since he makes his sun rise upon wicked people and good and makes it rain upon righteous people and unrighteous. "

So that has little to do with it.

  6. no, mardi gras didn't go back to how it was.

and no god didn't do that.

I was there for katrina, and I'm here for gustav now. Nothing was the same after katrina, god doesn't do that.

  7. i hope the same fate awaits you that's nearing to New Orleans. people just have no compassion for others these days. these people are going to lose their lives and everything they own. why would God punish people in this rate? that's beyond harsh? who are you to say they are wicked.

  8. You aren't Uncle Bud repeating the same question again are you? Are you mad because you can't join the festivities with your car up on blocks?

  9. Katrina was because of Bush's re-election.  Gustav is because of Palin.

  10. You have a point, but how stupid is it too live in a city that is 20 feet below sea level and right next to the ocean?  It doesn't require the wrath of God for disaster to strike a place like that.

  11. Wow what a 'loving' and 'just' God you must serve.  I got a front row seat at what happened to Katrina victims. Those people didn't deserve being drowned, and if that's what you think you're a sad excuse for a human being and your god does not deserve glorification.

Has your God decided to drown polar bears lately as well?

And by your reasoning, why hasn't San Francisco been sunk into the ocean by now, considering they have a huge g*y community there?

Or does your God just dislike Mardi Gras and great food?

I live in Louisiana BTW and we'll be hosting a number of Gustav evacuees, and we'll WELCOME our NOLA brothers and sisters.

    So bite it.

  12. Yes, and I'm sure San Francisco will be destroyed by an earthquake any time now.

  13. God has nothing to do with man's stupidity.

You went to leave where it not livable and next to ocean.

    You get waves etc.

Man got too clever for his own leaving good.

Get the h**l out of that New Orelean place and find some where else to leave.

  14. Good Grief are you mad or what? Do you seriously believe the question you have asked Get real Man No Go No Wrath. I see you call yourself I get no respect Need I say more.

  15. Yes, the Oreleans never lean, do they?

  16. Hurricane was because republicans want to act like bush did in the past with john mcCain.. joking.. well God doesn't control the nature..everything that we did to our Mother Earth.. we recieved a punishment.. pollution ect..

  17. Why every time something bad happens, someone looks to blame God?  Suffering exist because that's the only way you can learn.  Do we not grow in the face of death?  Man creates his own history and if that history is filled with violence and mayhem, so be it.  God is not allowed to infringe on Man's free will.  If he did, then how would we learn?  That's why Eden didn't work.  Man learned nothing by himself.

The problems in New Orleans is just Nature.  You live by the sea, then expect hurricanes.  You live in Tornado alley, then guess what's coming?  Tornadoes.  People live in Florida despite the yearly hurricanes.  What do God have to do with it?  God does not control Nature.  Scientifically, all nature disasters can explained.  It does not mean that God does not exist, but what it does mean that God isn't micromanaging every little thing on earth.

  18. I don't think so. The French just built New Orleans

in the wrong place below sea level.

They really should have thought it over before

laying any kind of foundation there.

The stuff you're describing isn't just going on

    there, it's everywhere unfortunately.

If there is going o be a rude awakening, it should happen

to the entire world all at once, not just one part of it.

  19. Read the bible. "god" likes to kill people and destroy cities.  It shows his "love,"

  20. No...and no thanks to you for your lame question...

  21. I don't think it is god causing it, I think it is just because of weather patterns, climate, geography, and global warming. That this has happened twice.
