  1. God simply stated the worse becos he planned for the worst so that in case it happens, u can't blame him but say he is all knowing. I can also plan for the worse and when it happens, i say i got the answer from the man above. It is easier to paint a dark picture of the world than a bright picture. Why is it that GOD never shared more on what are the good things that is going to take place in this world. Obviously, he is a pessimist after his first failure. There are more suffering than happiness in this world so to prepare for the worst has a higher chance of hitting the target.

  2. More likely than not.

The damage we've done to the environment without a second thought is just mind-boggling.  If the earth is "very good," why are we treating it so horribly?

  3. No, He is not suprised by anything He sees here...

  4. No, because according to the bible god is omnipotent so he knew this would happen.

  5. If he is real, he's probably giggling at the little hellhole he's made.

    * bob z, that is so true you know.

  6. do you question your lord and saviour?

doth you know not better than to ask such a naive and blasphemous question?

  7. no,

    because there is no god

  8. How could God POSSIBLY think that -- I mean, IS he all-knowing and all-powerful, or ISN'T he?

  9. I don't think so.

What God had in mind was to create children with free will who would use their own volition to co-create life (history, reality, being, whatever you want to call it) with Him.

We have free will, which we sometimes use for the good and sometimes not, and I suspect God knew that was a variable when He "started."

  10. There is nothing that happens without his consent and knowledge. Of course, we may not understand the meaning of it now. But we will someday.

  11. Absolutely. Look around, are we without sickness and strife?

  12. nope.

  13. All super villains plan world domination.

  14. Nope, hes thinking "everything is working as planned.... MUAHAHAHA" imo

  15. I believe this is exactly what God had in mind. The fact that we are using our free will to live, love, learn, make mistakes, grow and hopefully become better people is a fantastic opportunity.

Hatred is a sad thing. But as we release it, we really learn what love and forgiveness are all about.

  16. Isn't he supposed to be omnipotent?  ... so no.

  17. I'm sure of that!

  18. That's exactly right... This isn't what he hand in mind and nor is he responsible for what you see.. .Man is with his sin and rebellion...

    God bless you !

  19. When I was a Catholic, I used to think so and was amused by it, but then logic took over and I realized such a god was illogical to me.

  20. When God created us, His intent was us to be living heaven on Earth but since we have the freedom of choice, we chose to sin and look at where it got us, but all is part of His divine plan.
