to me it is harder to fathom that all this our universe our world other worlds and what we are came from nothing .

The god and goddess are all around us in every living being, in the earth, the wind in your hair, the fire that keeps you warm, and th water that keeps you cool. That's not very mysterious if you ask me.

Yes people really are that ignorant.  They are also called "literalists" when it comes to their reading of the Bible.  They ignore things called context with the times and alliteration.  They also don't think for themselves most of the time.

Thus, ignorance is born. ;-)

Im an atheist, but I think if you beleive

in Him, he will always be there for you
