Goku would always win, because if it doesn't seem like he would, the force of good always helps him win in his favor. Goku has the true innocence, mind, and spirit of a child. A child is what God in the Bible has highly appraised: "Unless You become as a Child, You will Never Inherit the Kingdom of Heaven. The Jews: Jerry Seigel and Joe Shuster may have created a being, who in their minds would replace Jesus Christ (the promised Messiah by God Himself as it's written in their Old Testament), but a Gentile Japanese writer and artist Akira Toriyama created Goku meaning "Star-Child", who is exactly what a "Superman" is in God's Word. It's just like what God says throughout the Bible: because His chosen people, the Jews and Israelites have denied Him (Jesus Christ), the result of that is He will give His blessings to the gentiles (everyone else who isn't a Jew or Israelite) if they ask Him to save them and come into their hearts. Clearly Goku is the true "Superman" above DC Comics' Superman period. Plus, Goku comes from a warrior-race, the Saiyans or Saiya-jin, that Kryptonians are not. He uses his spirit's energy to physically increase his speed, sight, and hearing as the kaokin attack that Superman can't do. The spirit's energy is endless and can never lose energy period. Goku can call upon the solar and spirit energy of all animate/inanimate objects and lifeforms in the four galaxies of the Dragonball Universe to increase his own power and to create the Ultimate Spirit-Bomb that Superman can't do. Goku always trains his body to physical perfection to surpass all limits including any power-level that Superman Prime or Pre-crisis Superman is at. Superman doesn't do this. Goku like a true child shuns all limits and is always trying to be easily optimistic. Superman doesn't have this born nature. Goku is a saiyan and can become immune and indestructible after healing to the super-villain that hurt him in battle and when resurrected with the dragonballs and other good forces. Superman doesn't have any of this. Plus, Goku can manipulate and control ki energy which is very hot and powerful that Superman doesn't do and Goku combines perfect tactical martial arts with light-speed that Superman has never thought of doing. Last, Goku can obtain more strength, power, speed, and better fighting techniques faster than Superman has shown to do in the comics. Also, Goku had the dragonballs placed inside of him by Shenron the Eternal Dragon because he was chosen to be the guardian over them to be able to use their wishes in any time of need. And since Goku always trains in mind-boggling gravities (example: Hyperbolic Time Chamber that is beyond Superman's mind) can increase the power of the dragonballs inside of Goku so that he can make more wishes over time. Answer to who is more powerful: Goku or Kakkarot of the Planet Vegeta.
