The last 5 days I have been getting about 2 hours of sleep each night and I'm waking up at about 7pm because I can't fall asleep at night because of this sudden anxiety. I need to fall asleep today by at least 2am which is 7 hours after I woke up. Is gravol safe to use, especially since the reason I haven't been sleeping is because of anxiety? I just need to get my sleeping pattern back on track.
