Question:

Is H2O a possible fuel supply or additive in the future???

Is there a process where you can use electrolysis to convert ordinary tap water into a fuel additive that can increase MPG doubly and add boost to your vehicle??? Why has the government kept this a secret??? I may already know the answer but I would like to hear your opinions or theories!

Check these sites out and tell me what you think!:

Any ideas, suggestions or comments are welcome. Thanks!

  1. I'm Not sure if this is a scam or not but I found this very interesting and informative. Lots of things amaze me so I will look and learn.

  2. It takes more energy to separate the hydrogen from the oxygen than you get from burning it.

There is no energy conspiracy. Oil is the best fuel for the near future.

  3. It is a scam and U fell for it. It will take more power to produce the electrolysis than u can get from the motor ruining on H.

Look at your gasoline engine and u can tell what it needs to increase power. Most cars put out CO because they already have more fuel than they have oxidizer. U might increas your mileage a little by increasing the Oxidizer to completely burn the gasoline. To input more fuel like hydrogen will mean nothing.

  4. Well all the old cars when they were made in the 1900's were powered by steam which was heated water but on the down side a person could run faster than a car from the 1900's

  5. they're all scams.

    it doesn't work.

if it did, don't you think that power companies would be using it?

particularly today when oil costs so much.

for fuel you burn something, you release energy.

    water is already burned hydrogen.

there is no more energy to be released.

and you can't use "magic" to get more energy out of it.

anyone who says you can is lying to you.

during WW2, some planes squirted water into the piston engines to get a little more power.

that worked by changing the liquid to gas, which slightly increased the piston pressure.

however, it was hard on the engines, and was not widely used.

at least that's what i've read -- i'm honestly not sure it's really true.  however, i'm pretty good at physics, and it does sound reasonable.

separating water to recover and reburn the hydrogen does not sound reasonable.

that would be a perpetual motion machine, and there is a basic tennant of physics that you cannot have a perpetual motion machine.

  6. No, these are scams.  They will not work.  Do not waste your money.

  7. I have heard this true, the water is turned into to steam, thus adding more thrust in the downstroke BUT

    1. don't know if it true

    2. I think that at least in a passenger car it would be just more trouble then it would be worth.

Oh and if any website claims to be able to convert you car to run on water its bullshit. Your better off buying a Rabbit, with the Diesel engine.

  8. No.

  9. The government,(in this case at least) has not kept this a secret!

I like 'linlyons' description because it is not only true that water has already been burnt, but only a scientist or someone with a basic understanding of science could understand what this really means!

After all, It would seem strange and probably unacceptable to the general public since water does not burn, and we use it to put out fires!

To simplify the statement slightly would be to say that the fuel (in this case hydrogen)has already been oxidized. This is what happens in all combustion(burning) processes.

The fact that hydrogen has already been oxidized into water, (H2O, hydrogen dioxide) means that it is extremely stable and happy to remain in it's current state.

H2O can be reduced and separated, but this requires much more energy than what could be realized through re-combustion.

Once nuclear fusion is perfected then not only will we have an endless supply of fuel from the oceans, but we could then afford to produce cheap hydrogen for fuel.

That day may not happen for another decade or more, but I believe the breakthrough is just around the corner!

As a closing note I would just like to make a couple of other points.

After the first oil embargo occurred in 1973 and gas prices soared from 19 cents/gallon to over 1 dollar, many people including me were doing everything we could to improve our fuel mileage.

Without bothering you with some of the details, what I would like to say is that some worked better than others, and this was back long before computers were used for energy management systems.(you also had plenty of room to try different techniques)

We no longer have that flexibility today. If you try to preheat the fuel, or remove push-rods, or any other attempt, the management system would only get totally confused and either shut down completely, or go into a backup mode which is not designed for best performance!

At least we were able to experiment and learn.

That option has been taken away from us today.

Also please realize that there are many people who have no morals and are only interested in making a 'Quick Buck', and would probably sell their grandmother for a dollar!

Please do not fall into one of their traps!

Certainly look into new sources of information, but the internet is not the best place to find answers since it is unable to be regulated, and anybody can say anything that they want to.

To start up a new website today can literally cost you less than $4.99 US!

I have recently found a service which has identified over 3700 websites that are only designed to 'rip you off', and that list is sadly only going to continue to get larger.

While this is one of my affiliate sites, I am not trying to sell you anything. If you did decide to purchase the software I would receive a few pennies, but this is not why I am directing you to this site. It is interesting to me that there are so many con men and rip off artists today which can change their identities overnight!

We have to put a stop to this!

  10. it would only be possible if our scientist can mimic the plants complete combustion process - photosynthesis where the byproduct is oxygen. for now, it is just impossible. engines are still running along incomplete combustion principle which translates co2 as byproduct of fuel burning.

  11. Yes, it is the fuel of the future.  Basically they are slitting the two hydrogen atoms and the one oxygen atom by running a 12 volt DC current into the water, then sucking the two gases into the intake of the carburetor and using the spark plugs to ignite the hydrogen and oxygen to run the car.  Great idea and concept.  The gas companies are afraid this new technology which is very cheap will put them out of business.  Many have already proven it can be done.
