naukri.com provides unlimited access to the resumes in its database if u pay a good amount..u shud have good research skill as well!..trust me Google is not lesser than any form of magic pill...

also u have to build up a good network..coz such businesses thrive on the owner's networks/contacts/ liasioning skills!
