Is Halo 2 compatible with the Xbox 360?

I'm thinking of buying Halo 2 for 19.99 so I can play some maps that aren't on Halo 3, and play the campaign. I've played Halo 1 on PC, and Halo 3 on the xbox 360.

yes, all Xbox games are backwards compatible with the 360.

Halo 2 is backwards compatible but Ark is wrong when he says all XBOX games are.  Some are, some aren't.  You can check on the XBOX website--search for "backwards compatiblity" and there is a list of the games which work.

You can play Halo 2 on the 360, but you'll need the hard drive as well as the latest update.
