  1. Happiness is a reality, it is our original nature. As we begin to identify with what we experience through our senses, the outer reality, we tend to identify with what we experience than with what we already are and it is this that causes misery, loose our original happiness.

  2. a reality!! im happy and its no illusion

  3. I wouldn't call it an illusion illusion is something that you say isn't real and just becuase you can't see wind doesn't mean its not there.. right?! but you can still feel and see its effects.. so look at faith and hope people have faith and hope that the dating game they play in life will soon bring them love.. and alot of time with many they do.. so even though alot of times love can bite you in the *** or doesn't work you took the chance which is huge for anyone to take the first step..

is it an illusion when you can see how happy it makes people even for a short while..

  4. A reality.

  5. I'm just me,  and I' m only happy a few times each day.  I like to laugh and smile but I also understand that I'm not the happy type of guy,  I never was.  Some people are that way,  we call them 'g**s'.

  6. It is a reality, but it is fleeting. You have to work to maintain it.

  7. It depends on how badly you want it.  You must find it's source to be 'truly' happy!  The only way is through the one who gave you life.

There, you will find "complete" happiness in all it's entirety!

  8. Reality.

It is a state of mind created by the persons satisfaction with their lot, their environment etc. If they are satisfied with what they have, who they are with, etc, then they will feel 'happy' because they are contented.

It stands to reason therefore, that one persons happiness is anothers misery, because we all find satisfaction in completely different things.

  9. when you get happy its when your brain's releasing (endorphins? because I've always thought that it was called dopamine). it is a physical reaction that food can give you, exercising can give you, and drugs can give you (of course on top of whatever would make you happy)

i would think of that as reality.

  10. Reality - just an elusive one.

  11. reality.....

    u ask me 2 justify.....

    well,,,if u r REAL,,,then ur HAPPINESS is also REAL...

so,,,,HAPPINESS is based on one's individual thinking...

    enough justification.....

  12. Both. LOL

When you are happy, happiness is a reality and when you are unhappy, happiness is an illusion.  Your question is very funny.

It takes 26 years for a human brain to be completely formed.  So on your 26th birthday, your brain reached maturity of development.  Maturity gained from human experiences is different than maturity of the brain.

Happiness is gained when you have no more anger.

Anger stems from impatience.  You rush life because you are faced with a daily reminder that your life will end one day.  The deadline of your death creates impatience.

Can you imagine living your life with no deadline.

Can you imagine living your life with no tv, no books, no music, no movies, no radio and no heat.  Who are you behind all that entertains you.  You are a spirit who wants to be heard.  When you are unhappy is because you muted the Spirit and instead you let your chatter in your head betray you.  Eliminate the clutter out of your life.

The clutter in your head is recycled constantly.  Everything you repeat that you either saw on tv, read it in a book, read it in here, is not you. Repeating is not creating.  You are You when you create.

Write blogs and document your life.  You asked a great question and if you want to discover how real happiness can be, write online for free.

The more you will write, the smarter you will become.  The more you educate yourself for free online, the more self confidence you will gain.  The smarter you become, the happier you become.

Life is a gift, never forget.

  13. Happiness is reality sadness is an illusion.

  14. It is a reality that lasts only for a moment.

I call it an illusion because that moment cannot be captured or stretched.  Any thing...a bad news,  a harsh word can burst that bubble.

  15. happiness is an illusion.

  16. happiness is sometimes reality and sometimes illusion.

when we are realy happy then it will be reality

and when we are sad but we don't show our sadness then happiness is an illusion

  17. I would agree with Bob Shark that happiness is a state of mind.  Reality or an illusion carries equal weight in the mind.  Believe it or not, we can "will" ourselves to be happy.  There have been many experiments done to show exactly this, that we tell ourselves that we are happy, and then we are (to a degree of course).

    So, think happy thoughts!

  18. It's an illusion that can be made into a reality. IT just depends on the person trying to attain it. In my situation...or rather, previous situation....I dreamt of being happily married, but when the party was over, I came to know that happiness is something created, not given in a union. I could've been happy that my MIL hated my guts, I could've been happy, that my ex was a mama's boy, I could've smiled and went on as they trashed my very being. But see, I didn't know how to do that. Sure, sounds easy, just smile, but how u feel shows on ones face usually, and no matter how hard I tried, happiness just wouldn't pour out of me. But if I lived in kerala all my life, maybe I could've known how to fake happiness in the face of brutality...so my illusion of a happy marriage, would've been a reality in my heart because no matter what situation I'm put in, I'll make my illusion a reality. But unfortunately, I'm NOT a person framed like that...so I couldn't put on a fake face, and thus, the already weak foundation of my marriage crumbled, and it's over.

    HOpe this answers ur q

  19. Happiness is not permanent & hence illusion

  20. It's a reality to some an illusion to others.  Some people are shocked when they see a couple get divorced because they seemed so happy. And then you see a vagrant on the street with his dog and he is truly happy but some would see despair.

  21. unhappiness & happiness are both illusion.

  22. Happiness is a state of mind, it can be either, reality, illusion, or both.

  23. Happiness is as real as you make it. I know it sounds a little cheesy, but let me justify.

Happiness is a state of being. It can not be held, purchased or given in the sense of a physical object. Though happiness can be given if one knows how to allow such a state of being to be provoked in an individual by use of physical items with psychological attachments to a moment of happiness. Happiness can also be given and or created if one can allow themselves to accept a moment of sociological happiness. This means 'rose giving' or 'winning a contest'.

Happiness is real, though defined somewhat by sociological and psychological references. It is 'all in the mind' though it can create a physical outcome of action or reaction.

It is a real state of being, but governed by time and memory.

  24. Best part is you can make it happen.

  25. Any transiency is an illusion.

  26. Reality.

  27. happiness is a state of mind .u can feel happy for no reasons ,at d same time if ur mindset is not positive u miss d chance to be happy in dis wonderful world. remove hatered, jealousy ,egos u will experience true happiness .

TRY DIS OUT U Will experience dat happiness is part of ur personality

  28. Depends upon what you base your happiness upon.  If you base it on another person you are delusional.  If you base it on money or property you are delusional.  Real happiness is a state in which you live constantly regardless of circumstances or chance.

  29. Illusions can make us feel happy, too. So happiness can be both. Actually, we make our own happiness, whether through reality or illusion.

  30. It's your reality.

  31. Depends on if your lying to yourself or not. because you could try to make yourself happy but you know deep down that your not
