Is Harley-Davidson going to make seat belts?

I feel like I'm sitting on top a rocketship, when I'm on my bike.

It's not a rocketship. Relax.  There are very much faster bikes out there with less protection than your Harley.  Some are literally twice as fast, E.g. hyabusa.

So, you'll be fine and no need of seat belts. :)

Yeah you want them a buddy gave me a set out of his HD ford i just threw them in a corner But they have a crest on the buckle

The new HD trike has them as an option I Think. Not sure I would want my butt strapped to any bike in an accident.

And why would you want to be strapped on to a rocket?

Considering using any kind of a belt to strap yourself or your passenger on a bike is ILLEGAL in some states, I'd say NEVER. The last thing I would want is to be strapped to my bike if it was going down. I want to jump OFF of it. I'd rather have only my own weight tumbling with me than 800 pounds of Harley rolling on top of me.

All in all, you did not buy a bike that is a good fit for you.

You probably need a lowering kit. But if you are that uncomfortable on your bike, either take a class to learn how to ride it, or get rid of it.
