No, most mayonnaise has eggs in it.  You would have to read the ingredients.

Wow! The Heinz website is unclear at best, and downright evasive at worst.

its likely not going too SAY vegetarian.  Most mayo includes eggs, so i would say no if you can find that in the ingredients.
